uTerra Experimental Site
This is a separate area with greenhouses and raised beds, where our biologists and agronomists conduct experiments on growing agricultural crops on various types of soil using loose biohumus and the uTerra fertility elixir.
Vegetables, fruits, and grains grown in soil treated with uTerra elixir are organic with natural, rich flavor.
The Bank contains fertile soils untouched by plow and chemical fertilizers, collected from various continents of the planet.
Each year, humanity irreversibly loses about 25 billion tons of fertile soil, and an area equivalent to five times the size of the United Kingdom has already been 'paved over with asphalt' a figure that continues to grow. These alarming losses are caused by the excessive and uncontrolled use of chemical fertilizers and agrochemicals, which not only destroy the soil structure but also lead to the loss of organic nutrients, humus, and thousands of agronomically valuable species of soil microorganisms.
The solution to these problems is the creation of the unique uTerra Global Soil Bank.
Thousands of agronomically valuable microorganisms found in our uTerra product line originate from this one of a kind Global Soil Bank.
It was created on the territory of the “Unitsky” Farming Enterprise by engineer Anatoli Unitsky as part of the EcoWorld program.

Production of Organic Fertilizers for Healthy Soil
We place great emphasis on preserving and creating an ecologically clean and sustainable environment for plants and soil, and on producing organic products that are safe for human health and the environment.
With this goal in mind, we've established the uTerra Organic Fertilizer Production Workshop within our farm. This workshop comprises a vermifarm and a facility for producing a fertility elixir.
